Possibly move it Acorn? Also to include posters and boards for fayres. Acorn to be asked for space. Going Out Guide John wants to compile it but NOT to type and lay it out. Co-ordinator to find typist. Guide to be given to meeting on Thursday night. Calendar Is in progress - Reading Between The Lines to put up the money - to be paid back. Citizen Cain James hasn't seen him. Guy voluntered to invite him to a collective meeting. Libel Problems Acorn need to see anything possibly libelous before printing or there could be big trouble. Editorial meeting decides whether to support an article. Therefore - contact numbers needed for articles (this can be said in editorial policy 'bit' in each Rag. Publicity : more posters in outlets? New people: Paul wants co-ordinatore to be more encouraging/welcoming when they turn up. Suggest Saturdays aren't the best days to start! Money: probably about £75 after the last one paid for. Red Rag Bag: Done & ready in about 2 seeks. To cost about £3. Various people have donated money. Tim and Clive suggest that it should work like Reading Between the lines, so can hold some separate money back (£30-£40) to help out with the next one. Outlets: Acorn, Music Market (+28%), Rag Doll, Pop Records? But best to have people to sell them individually. Those sold through shops will cost more because of their cut. 100 to be printed. Distribution Time consuming doing the list with it on cassette. Can't work much longer. Nedd a disc drive thingy.
